Delivery prices are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order. Please allow up to two working days for despatch.

Customs and import taxes

Please note, prices do not include any customs, duties or import taxes!

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Should you wish to return your item please notify us with 14 days of receipt and ensure your item is sent back within a further 14 days for a full refund. It will then be the buyer's responsibility to claim back any customs and import taxes that have been paid by themselves. 

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is deemed faulty on arrival. Please ensure that it is packaged securely and sent via a trackable method. We will not be liable for items lost in the mail once you have taken delivery.

Please allow time for Paypal to process and return your payment. We will process your refund on receipt of the returned items, however it does take a few days for the credit to go back to your debit / credit card once Paypal are notified.

For customers in the UAE please include a PO Box number along with a mobile number for shipping. Royal Mail will not allow me to ship to you otherwise!
